An integration SWARM is made up of four members. In very specific situations, we can extend the SWARM with two more members.
Integration Architects are the leaders of a SWARM and have additional essential roles to keep the SWARM highly productive. Both the PO and the Architect are more in touch with the client. To become an Architect, we set a much higher level of preparation, certifications, and experience. As part of our Framework, we update the Golden Book monthly, which contains policies, procedures, and standards based on the experience gained among clients. This book is provided to the client and is part of our contract. Monthly, the teams undergo training in these practices, ensuring that all SWARMs will always practice the same standards.
We do this without interrupting our Agile development process, following the highest Architectural standards.
